
One of my best friends is an avid hunter. He goes out for weeks at a time in November to live in the bush and hunt whatever comes his way. This cocktail recipe is for him.
To make the .22 Caliber Cocktail, combine with ice:
- 1 oz. Ledaig 10 year Islay scotch
- 1 oz Reyka Vodka
- 1/2 oz Nocello walnut liqueur
stir well, and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel. Squeeze the lemon peel over the glass, rub it around the rim, and drop it in the glass.
The result is a smoky, nutty cocktail that will satisfy the scotch lover or the Manhattan aficionado.
